About The Position

Team Honey Badger is seeking a General Manager to lead a Domino’s store, oversee its operations, and develop its team. The General Manager is responsible for the success of the store, coaching employees, and ensuring customers receive the quality and service Domino’s is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork and strong communication. Pizza-making skills are not required at the outset; training is provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to lead by example and delegate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and opening or closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may not be permitted under company policy.
