About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The role requires setting an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. The General Manager also oversees operations, staffing, scheduling, training, food management, facility cleanliness, and customer service.
