About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone and in person. Responsibilities include taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong mathematical skills for making change and accurate calculations, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills for order processing and delivery. The General Manager will also be responsible for delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing promotional materials, and navigating various delivery locations, including multi-story buildings, while carrying product.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
