Your journey starts here! POSITION SUMMARY: The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of gym operations and revenue generation. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: Annual base salary, based on relevant experience to the role. Regular bonus opportunities. PTO. Full benefits package. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees Achieve a successful track record of personal production Successfully demonstrate leadership of effectively running production meetings Demonstrate understanding of the sales reporting and content in regard to affecting positive change in challenging performance areas Possess complete understanding of the GM position description and compensation plan Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures For more information about Villa Sport, please visit our website at www.villasport.com.
