About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 5 years of management experience in a restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business setting.
• Demonstrated excellence in Service and Culinary Manager positions.
• For external candidates, a proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining/full-service Restaurant Manager.
• ServSafe and applicable local and state regulatory certificates, or the ability to obtain them.
• Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English.

Nice To Haves

• At least 3 years of consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree.
