About The Position

The company is hiring two General Managers to own separate business areas end to end, including each area’s P&L, deployment and project operators, and a program-level partnership with Product. These are hands-on leadership roles: General Managers are expected to remain close to execution and perform operator-level work when needed. Both roles report to the Head of Operations and currently lead teams of roughly two to five people. The Marketplace General Manager is based onsite in San Francisco and brings senior operations leadership experience from a large two-sided marketplace. The Data Operations General Manager may be based onsite in San Francisco or New York City and is expected to have already led a human data, AI data, or voice AI operation at scale. The company is a venture-backed AI data business providing high-quality human and audio data to AI research teams. It has grown more than threefold since its Series B, expanded to roughly 75 employees in about five months, and recently opened a San Francisco office. Its operating culture is startup-fast and output-focused, with leaders expected to stay close to the work.
