About The Position

Domino's is hiring a General Manager to oversee all operations at a restaurant. The role is responsible for cost, inventory, and cash controls, customer relations, and setting an example by following company policies and procedures and expecting the same of the crew. The General Manager makes schedules, orders products, trains team members, and hires staff. A profit-share bonus is awarded based on controlling costs within goals, with additional potential to earn through the achievement bonus program.
