About The Position

DRM Arby's is seeking a General Manager to join their DReaM Team. The General Manager will inspire and support their team to provide excellent customer service, manage restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance, and ensure a positive and safe environment. They will also be responsible for executing marketing plans, reviewing financial statements, and building positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to use hands to prepare sandwiches.
Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education.
Adequate driving record to include valid driver’s license & insurance.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities.
Background check completed satisfactorily.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspire and support the team to provide their best service to customers.
Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity and a positive customer experience.
Maintain an inviting and positive family culture for employees and customers through coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring.
Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices to maintain sufficient product levels.
Ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines.
Be adaptable to various situations to support the team's abilities and knowledge.
Remain calm and utilize knowledge to diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns.
Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time and accurately.
Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager.
Make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers.
