About The Position

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Requirements

  • Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Standing and Walking: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
  • Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying bulk items, such as 30 pounds of pizza sauce, and three trays of pizza dough at a time (approx. 12 pounds per tray).
  • Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
  • Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station and when stocking ingredients.
  • Reaching is performed continuously (up, down, and forward).
  • Occasional reaching above 72" to turn on/off oven controls or lift/lower objects to and from shelves.
  • Occasional crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance.
  • Pushing and pulling trays on dollies (requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force).
  • Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

  • Individuals must have successfully managed a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year to be eligible for franchising opportunities.
