Requirements

Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant
Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results
Positive, high-energy leadership style with a passion for hospitality
Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to develop future leaders and build a positive team culture
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
Collaborative and partnership-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid Food Manager Certification
Valid Alcohol Service Certification
Valid driver's license
Regular and dependable attendance

Responsibilities

Coaching and developing future leaders
Building a positive, high-performing culture
Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members
Leading a team of up to 75 team members
Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and food quality
Monitoring restaurant financial performance
Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins
Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company standards
Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business
