About The Position

Total Energy Solutions is seeking a driven and strategic General Manager to lead and grow operations across Louisiana and
Texas. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening operations, and building
high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations.

The Role
Oversee all TES operations while driving strategic growth. Partner with leadership to execute business plans, expand
market presence, and ensure operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing operations and teams
• 3+ years of sales experience with measurable results
• Strong business acumen and growth mindset
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in power generation, energy, or Oil & Gas preferred
