About The Position

The General Manager takes ownership of the restaurant, its people, and its performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves knowing, performing, and coaching the work of Crew Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. The General Manager builds and develops the team, protects food quality and safety, controls costs, supports business growth, and delivers a strong guest experience. The position leads from the front and helps ensure the restaurant is ready to perform each day.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant-industry leadership experience with responsibility for financial results.
• Open availability and ability to work varying shifts each week.
• Desire to teach, encourage, coach, and mentor the crew hands-on.
• Strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and take ownership of the team and business performance.
• Know, perform, and coach the responsibilities of Crew Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Build a strong team and develop future leaders.
• Work hands-on in restaurant operations, including on the grill during busy periods.
