About The Position

General Manager GENERAL MANAGER – ROHRMAN TOYOTA This is a legacy store. Mr. Rohrman’s first new car franchise. The second Toyota store in the state of Indiana. We are not replacing failure. We promote from within. This role is open because we elevated our leadership. Now we’re looking for the next one. The standard for this store is 210 units/month, 100% absorption, and +10% annual CP RO growth. This isn’t theory. This is the standard. If you’ve never run numbers like this, this isn’t your learning ground. This is not a Monday–Friday job. This is not a desk job. This is not a “check the reports” role. If you don’t love being in the trenches, don’t apply. You will: Desk deals, Work the showroom, Write service, Talk to customers, Be active in the community, Build the culture every single day. You will have the freedom to run this store. You own it. No excuses. No hiding. Leadership will be involved and will mentor you—but you will set the course and be accountable for the outcome. Requirements

  • Must have experience running numbers like 210 units/month, 100% absorption, and +10% annual CP RO growth.
  • Must love being in the trenches.
  • Must operate with full compliance to manufacturer standards, state and federal regulations, and all company policies.
  • Integrity and accountability are non-negotiable.
