About The Position

Club Pilates is the nation's largest Pilates brand, delivering more than eight million workouts each year through premium Reformer-based group fitness. Since opening our first studio in San Diego in 2007, we've helped hundreds of thousands of members build stronger, healthier lives through world-class instruction and an exceptional member experience. At Club Pilates Indian Trail, we aren't looking for someone to simply manage a studio. We're looking for someone to run a business. We're seeking a high-performing General Manager who leads with extreme ownership and treats the studio as if it's their own. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, developing people, delivering an outstanding member experience, and creating a culture of accountability. Success in this role comes from balancing leadership, sales, operations, and community engagement every single day. Requirements

  • Take complete ownership of results.

  • 3+ years of management experience leading teams
  • 3+ years of consultative or retail sales experience
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
  • Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees
  • Comfortable using CRM and business reporting software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, fitness, hospitality, membership, luxury service, or multi-unit experience preferred
  • Pilates or fitness industry experience is a plus, but it is not required. We hire exceptional leaders and teach the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly sales goals through memberships, retail, private training, and specialty programs.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to consistently convert leads into long-term members.
  • Monitor KPIs daily and adjust strategies to exceed studio goals.
  • Own member retention through exceptional service and relationship building.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and urgency.
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture where expectations are clear and results matter.
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
  • Oversee all daily studio operations.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll support, inventory, retail merchandising, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate reporting through ClubReady and other business systems.
  • Ensure the studio consistently delivers a clean, organized, premium environment.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
  • Execute grassroots marketing initiatives and networking events.
  • Partner with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
  • Represent Club Pilates professionally throughout the community.
