About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a restaurant. The role is responsible for restaurant performance, setting an example for the team, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. General Managers can earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example for the team and follow all policies and procedures, while expecting the same from crew members.
• Create schedules, order products, train team members, and hire staff.
• Control costs within goals to qualify for a profit-share bonus.
