Requirements

  • Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building winning teams
  • Deep understanding of dealership financials and operational metrics
  • Experience with Chevrolet preferred
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to drive both short-term results and long-term growth
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
  • Drive profitability, revenue growth, and expense control across departments
  • Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing management team
  • Strengthen and maintain a culture focused on customer satisfaction, integrity, and performance
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: gross profit, CSI, inventory turn, and expense ratios
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and policies
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and dealership performance
