About The Position
We are offering a top-tier General Manager opportunity at our Dairy Queen location designed for high performers who value strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance. This role offers full autonomy to take complete ownership of store operations, culture, and profitability with direct support from ownership. The position requires a 45-hour workweek with no early breakfast shifts or late-night drive-thru closes.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Assistant GM in a high-volume restaurant (Quick-Service / QSR strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success controlling labor costs, managing COGS, and reading P&L statements.
- A hands-on leader who coaches by example, handles peak rush hours with composure, and knows how to motivate a team.
- ServSafe® Manager Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and mentor your management team and crew members.
- Build an upbeat culture that keeps retention high.
- Take ownership of store profitability.
- Control labor and COGS, manage inventory, and execute strategies to drive sales and check averages.
- Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak lunch and dinner hours.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety protocols, local health regulations, and brand execution standards.
