About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for establishing and achieving company goals while maximizing guest satisfaction. This role has overall responsibility for restaurant operations, including driving sales through marketing and strong operations, controlling profit and loss through business analysis, and training and developing the management team to ensure company standards are implemented and upheld. The position calls for a hands-on leader who supports the team, provides exceptional customer service, and upholds company core values.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Open availability.
• Ability to work 9–10 hour shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities
