About The Position
General Managers oversee the daily operations of a single Domino’s store, providing leadership and supervision across store operations. They are accountable for operational standards, food safety, profitability, and creating an inclusive and engaged work environment. The role calls for experience managing a fast-paced service environment, developing employees, and supporting customer service and team safety.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- At least one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
- Understanding of basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees.
- Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology, including POS and ATS systems.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards is preferred.
