About The Position

The ideal candidate is a current GM from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about customer service, understands P&L impact, can execute a business plan, and maintains product quality. They should have a strong desire to increase sales, build community relationships, and be a great coach capable of developing talent. Experience hiring seasonal workers is a plus.
