About The Position

As the General Manager of our LA market, you’ll manage the daily operations of 10-12 locations and oversee a team of 20+ hospitality and operations staff. You’ll set the strategic direction for the market and be responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in multi-unit management.
  • Led teams of 10+ to deliver exceptional results.
  • Experience with P&L management.
  • Experience managing sales teams in an in-person, direct-to-customer environment.
  • Experience in high-touch service environments.
  • Consistently delivered excellent customer experience.

  • Launch new locations as the market expands.
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver great service.
  • Ensure customer experience is at the forefront of everything the team does.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in Facilities and Member Tech to deliver member experience.
