About The Position

The General Manager role is with Domino’s Pizza in Kailua. The posting describes a fast-paced pizza-store environment focused on customer service, preparing and delivering orders, and teamwork. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to work alone and with others, work under stress, deal with people, and analyze and compile data.

Nice To Haves

• Prior quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and make judgments and decisions while meeting quality-control standards.
