About The Position

We are looking for a talented, driven General Manager to join our team at Sally Ann's! Sally Ann's is a charming, lively casual dining experience open for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch service in the Cultural District. The ideal candidate is a committed leader who is highly organized and hard-working. They have a proven track record of improving operations and developing staff members. They will typically be leading service five nights per week, developing a strong FOH team, and overseeing fiancials and cost of goods.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership position of a high volume restaurant
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Understanding of P&L statements, and ability to budget for bar and other FOH purchases
• Ability to identify and develop talent within the team
• Passion for excellence and superior service standards
• A positive attitude with a teamplayer attitude
• Must be able to bend, stand, and move for entire shift
