About The Position

The starting pay for this position is starting at $55,000 - $60,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality.
• Commitment to creating a great work environment.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and serving quality food.
• Ability to set and maintain high standards for self and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations with real work/life hours of operation (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus).
• Oversee financial results and performance-based bonus rewards.
• Create a great place to work for the team.
• Ensure customers have a great experience by serving amazing food with a smile.
• Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
• Participate in secret shops each week, with the entire team working during those shifts being eligible for bonuses.
