This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities. The expected starting base pay range for this position is $120,520 - $150,650, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $150,650 - $180,780. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related factors. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• GED/Diploma required
• A minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite
• You will regularly need to talk or listen.
• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility.
• Oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.
• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan, and manage budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Responsible for maintaining engineered staffing levels for all positions, which includes coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions.
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors to maintain accountability to the operating agreement.
• Learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties effectively.
• Apply knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work practices.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Stay dependable and adaptable as business needs, staffing needs, and workload shifts.
