About The Position

Lead the Reopening of One of Denver International Airport's Iconic Restaurants! Timberline Steaks & Grille has long been a favorite among travelers at Denver International Airport, and we're thrilled to bring this beloved concept back with a completely refreshed look, elevated dining experience, and renewed energy. We're looking for an experienced, passionate General Manager to lead the next chapter of Timberline's story. This is a unique opportunity to join the team before opening, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in Mission Yogurt's culture, systems, and leadership philosophy while training at our award-winning Root Down restaurant inside DEN. As General Manager, you'll play a critical role in preparing Timberline for a successful launch—from building and developing an exceptional team to creating an outstanding guest experience from day one. If you thrive on leading people, opening restaurants, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. BEFORE TIMBERLINE OPENS While Timberline is being prepared for its grand reopening, you'll become an integral member of the management team at Root Down, one of Mission Yogurt's premier full-service restaurants at Denver International Airport. This is more than a training program—you'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, manage daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach and develop team members, and gain firsthand experience with Mission Yogurt's culture, systems, and service standards. You'll be counted on as a member of the Root Down management team while also partnering with executive leadership to prepare for Timberline's opening. As the opening date approaches (late fall 2026), your focus will transition to Timberline, where you'll lead pre-opening activities including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and building your leadership team to ensure a successful grand opening.
