Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Title 4 Liquor Certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
  • Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
