About The Position
The starting pay for this position is starting at $65,000 - $70,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm. And no drive-thrus. Family Bonding Leave for GMs and Assistant Managers. Really! Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Experience with financial results.
- Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality.
- Ability to set high standards for self and team.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a family business environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
