About The Position
Domino’s Pizza looks for General Managers who are adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for customer service. This role involves hiring and training new Team Members, implementing safety conducts for delivery drivers, managing costs, and developing Team Members to work to their full potential in a fast-paced yet fun working environment. General Managers are also expected to build and enhance profits by fostering workable relationships with other local businesses and the community. Additionally, they need to maintain and control inventories, ensuring the quality of product and service meets the company’s operating standards.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a food setting
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Availability to be able to work nights and weekends
