Requirements

At least four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or previous restaurant General Manager experience.
General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
Ability to champion change.
Passion for training and developing your team.
Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
