About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all aspects of the store, including stocking ingredients, preparing products, using proprietary technology, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, cleaning, training new hires, managing schedules and staffing, and running food and labor costs during their shift. This role requires good communication skills to lead an effective team and the ability to comprehend and give instructions, as well as communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• All employees must use any and all Domino’s technology implemented by the Company
• All drivers must use the Driver app
• All CSR must make use of the Dominos Digital Shoulder surf (DSS)
• All employees must use the Domino’s Car Side Delivery

• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility
• Responsible for orientation and on-the-job training for new hires and employees on store products and procedures
• Responsible for inventory counts
• Responsible for making the schedule and staffing the store
• Responsible for running food and labor while in charge of their shift
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area
