The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires strong mathematical, communication, and motor skills. The General Manager must also be able to lead by example and coach/train new employees. Additional responsibilities include delivering product and flyers, and navigating various delivery sites.
