Scratch Restaurants was founded by Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee with the vision of creating unique, artisanal restaurant concepts. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dining and service operations, including managing the service and chef teams, daily planning, financial responsibilities, beverage program, labor monitoring and scheduling, ordering, purchasing, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards. The role also involves employee management, retention, and development, all in alignment with the company culture. This property is managed by The Matheson. The General Manager will provide primary support to the Chef de Cuisine and have direct oversight of the Beverage Program. This role requires strong management and leadership skills, quick and fair decision-making, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include managing labor and beverage costs, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maximizing staff retention and scheduling. Availability to work during expected hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, and to address pressing business needs via phone or email is essential.
