About The Position
The General Manager will lead a high-performing team in an upscale, high-volume restaurant environment in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and driving profitability. The opportunity offers a competitive base salary, performance bonuses of up to 25% of base salary, and additional monthly kicker bonus potential of $24,000 annually. Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurants.
- Strong P&L, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Proven success building teams and driving sales.
