About The Position

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a medspa and ensures clients receive a high level of service. The role includes hiring, training, and managing staff; maintaining a clean, organized facility; and prioritizing patient safety by inspecting and preparing the injection room and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety practices. The General Manager is also expected to respect the diversity and individual care rights of patients, address mistakes, and continue developing their skills and industry knowledge. This is a full-time role with open availability and bonus eligibility. Annual base starting salary range: $72,000–$85,000.
