About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role drives profitability by managing costs and optimizing efficiency, while also developing and mentoring Restaurant Managers and hourly employees. The General Manager ensures compliance with brand standards, safety, and training programs, and builds local partnerships to grow sales and customer loyalty.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in restaurant management
• Food Safety Manager Certification
• Ability to identify and anticipate opportunities and implement corrective action steps
• Places value on diversity and shows respect for others
• Disciplined and flexible with the ability to adjust to changing local market and restaurant conditions while properly balancing work with personal life
• Solid financial and business acumen
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operation restrictions

Nice To Haves

• Additional operations and/or leadership experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
