About The Position

This Location is in urgent need of a General Manager with Quick service/Food service Experience! Top applicants Must Be Ready to learn to run shifts with familiarity of Domino's or similar style Kitchen Procedures.

Requirements

• Must be ready to learn to Run Shifts with familiarity of Domino's or similar style Store Procedures.
• Must have attention for detail & food quality.
• Must be able to Work and Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.
• The ability to lift 50lbs with good mobility will be needed for this job.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• At least 3 years of food service management experience with a quick-service restaurant or similar style facility.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity of Domino's or similar style Kitchen Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Delivery and Kitchen Crew in execution of daily kitchen operations.
• Opening & closing the store.
• Assist customers over the phones & over the counter.
• Prepare & cook customer's orders.
• Food prep, stocking & rotating.
• Maintaining cleanliness/cleaning.
• Monitoring and meeting service times and performance goals.
• Conduct administrative responsibilities.
• Inventory, Food Ordering, Scheduling.
• Running and sending end of day reports.
• Handling customer concerns and managing employees.
• Awareness of-and ability to meet food cost and labor cost goals.
