About The Position

As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Aveniya and play a key role in shaping our strategic direction. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure the organization operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, ideally within the relevant industry or sector.
• Proven success in leading teams and improving operational processes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
