About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, and receiving/processing telephone orders. This role also involves taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle transactions accurately, and proficiency in using computer systems for order entry. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for product delivery, including navigating to customer locations and handling multi-story buildings. A key aspect of this role is leadership, including coaching and training new employees.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Must be able to lead by example and coach/train new employees.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.

  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.

  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Utilize motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Lead by example and coach/train new employees.
