The Assistant Manager role requires individuals to be 18 years of age or older. General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility on an approximate daily basis. Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided. The role demands the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and accurately and quickly perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). The ability to make correct monetary change is essential. Strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills are necessary for taking and processing orders. The position also requires motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate precise movements with speed, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
