About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with restaurant leadership skills to run store operations efficiently, serve customers, and support team members. The General Manager manages store operations and performance, oversees staffing and safety, provides customer service, and works to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
Customer service experience.
Valid driver's license.
High school education or equivalent.
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
