About The Position

The General Manager will lead a high-volume, 24/7 Denny’s restaurant, taking ownership of team management, daily operations, and overall profitability. This role involves ensuring excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and effectively controlling labor, food costs, and other expenses. The General Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, and developing both managers and hourly team members, executing brand standards and company initiatives, and building local relationships to increase guest traffic.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Solid P&L and cost control experience
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
