This role involves ensuring excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and effectively controlling labor, food costs, and other expenses. The General Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, and developing both managers and hourly team members, executing brand standards and company initiatives, and building local relationships to increase guest traffic.
