About The Position
The IHOP Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the District Manager. The General Manager directly supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a strong focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP’s standards of quality and service. The role also includes developing managers and team members. Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late nights. This is not an all-inclusive job description.
