About The Position

Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of.

Requirements

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Organized, motivating and steady in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant experience preferred
• management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team
• Build schedules, place food orders and manage inventory
• Put product quality above everything else
• Resolve customer concerns quickly
