About The Position

Emmy Squared Pizza is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join their team and lead their continued success in the Nashville market. They are looking for a passionate and driven leader who is ready to take their hospitality career to the next step. As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is an upscale casual full-service restaurant brand with over 20 locations across the U.S., including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nashville, Atlanta, and more. They are famous for their Detroit-style pizza and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast/Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills.
A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Serve Safe Certified Food Manager
Familiarity with labor management, menu planning, and health/safety regulations
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Standing/walking for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.
Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards.
Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.
Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.
