About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a restaurant and help deliver a high-quality pizza delivery experience. The role involves setting an example for the team, following company policies and procedures, and ensuring that crew members do the same. The General Manager manages restaurant costs, inventory, cash, and customer relations, and is responsible for scheduling, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may earn a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within established goals.
