About The Position

Pacific Aire Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 30 years. We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a branch, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only strategic but also able to lead and coach successful behavior and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fields
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial management
  • A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non-negotiable for this role
  • A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business environments
  • Pre-employment background check & drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration in strongly preferred.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have managed point of sale within customer's homes

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service, sales, and install technicians, office staff, and other personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Manage the company's budget, monitor financial performance, and work to improve profitability through cost-effective strategies and revenue growth initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships by ensuring prompt, professional, and quality service. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
