About The Position
The job description states that the General Manager role is similar to the Assistant Manager role. Duties include operating equipment; stocking ingredients; preparing products; taking and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders; cleaning equipment and the facility; delivering products by car to customers’ doors; and overseeing product accuracy, inventory, labor, employee productivity, cash handling, employee coaching and training, and store cleanliness and operations. - Clean equipment and the facility continuously.
- Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
- Maintain food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
- Maintain labor accountability and employee productivity.
- Handle cash and ensure cash accuracy.
- Coach and train employees in all areas.
- Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
