About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant. The General Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts, controlling cost of goods, achieving set performance targets, making action plans, and building a team that maintains superior results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred
- ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required
- TABC Certification where applicable
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Alignment with Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork
- At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending or hospitality industry
