About The Position

The General Manager role involves operating equipment, preparing products, managing inventory and paperwork, processing customer orders, and maintaining the equipment and facility. The position also includes delivering products and promotional materials within a designated delivery area. The work requires accurate basic arithmetic and monetary handling, effective communication, precise motor coordination, computer order entry, and the ability to navigate delivery locations and terrain while carrying products.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites while carrying product.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car and to the customer's door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Navigate delivery sites and terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying product.
